UNICEF 2019 Little Artists Big Dreams Drawing Competition

Hong Kong Committee for UNICEF (UNICEF HK) would like to invite you to their annual fundraising campaign, China Children’s Week 2019 – Little Artists Big Dreams Drawing Competition.

By joining the Little Artists Big Dreams Drawing Competition, children can express their wishes for a better world and send blessings to vulnerable children while raising funds for mothers and children in rural China, championing the spirit of ‘kids helping kids’.

Funds raised from the event will support the ‘Cash Transfers for Deprived Children‘ Project in rural China, which aims to improve the health of mothers and their babies in rural China, and avoid newborn deaths.

Theme: For every child, a better world

Groups: Open to children aged 12 or under in 3 groups
A. Aged under 6;
B. Aged 7-9;
C. Aged 10-12

On-site activities:
– Booth games
– Parent-child workshops
– Charity sales

Prize and Certificate:
– 1st Prize, 2nd Prize, 3rd Prize and 20 Consolation Prizes for each age group
– Each participant will receive an e-certificate of participation through e-mail

Date: Saturday, 23 February 2018

Time: 12-6pm

Place: Central and Western District Promenade – Central Section (Near Tamar Park)

Public Enrolment: From 18 December 2018 to 1 February 2019
Enrolment donation:
HK$280 (includes a complimentary entry, a basic drawing kit, a game ticket, an elite workshop one-time pass and a LEGO® CITY / LEGO® Friends gift pack*)
*Participant would receive the randomly assigned LEGO® gift pack upon submission of drawing on the event

Enrolment deadline:
– 25 January 2018 (Friday) for submission of printed application form
– 1 February 2018 (Friday) for online enrolment
Enrolment is on a first-come-first-serve basis.
