Race to Feed 2017

12 Sep

Heifer Hong Kong’s annual fundraising event “Race to Feed” aims to engage the whole community to run for a good cause. Since the first event in 2006, it has raised over HK$45 million to help tens of thousands of poor farmers in rural China become self-reliant. Last year, more than 1600 runners joined the race. This year other than “1K x 5 Relay” for the Corporate/Organization teams, “10K Individual Run” and “3K Family Fun Run,” we also welcome runners to form teams for group runs. With this year’s theme, “Heifer Alliance”, participants not only can challenge themselves physically, but also learn about the life-changing power of animals and spend a meaningful Sunday morning with family and friends! Donations raised will be allocated to poverty alleviation projects in China.
