UNICEF Believe in Zero: Make a VIDEO, spread the word and create SUPERHEROES for children!

unicef filmThough we may not have super power, by filming innovative videos we could raise public awareness of the right to play and help UNICEF HK achieve ZERO Underdevelopment for children. And this is YOUR chance to make a difference.

Here’s what you need to do:
Produce a three to five minutes long video in group of one to four about “My view on the situation of children’s play in Hong Kong”. While some suggested ideas and topics are shown below, you are welcome to select your own video theme:
Play Reforms: Reforming nostalgic children games and adapt them into modern ones for the nowadays children
Joy of Play in a day: Children play everywhere, play is part of their life
Play no more…: Impact of children’s development if they are not allowed to play
My favourite Play: Children are the experts of Play and know what they like most. Let them decide what to play and how to play
Play everywhere and anywhere: Home, school, grass lawns and playgrounds are playable spaces for children
Work hard and Play hard: The benefit of play and its importance to children’s development

Any type of production (including but not limited to animation, computer graphics, documentary or acting) can be shown in the final work. The video should be three to five minutes long, excluding credits at the beginning and end of the video, with a resolution of not lower than 720×576 pixel (4:3) or 720×480 pixel (16:9).
