Be a radio host of UNICEF Hong Kong’s Voices of Youth

Calling all budding DJs. Voices of Youth, an online radio programme of UNICEF Hong Kong with full support by RTHK Teen Power, is now recruiting radio hosts. Young people will be professionally trained to be hosts who are in charge of conducting researches and analyses to identify child issues, producing and hosting the show.

Application Criteria
– Full-time secondary or tertiary students
– Responsible, independent and a good team player
– Passionate about social issues and the wellbeing of children
– Good communication skill and fluent in Cantonese
(Students from different ethnicity or with special needs are welcomed)

Applicants must submit the following information on or before 20 February 2012:
– Completed application form
– Audio recording (mp3/wav/avi)
– A 30-second self introduction and an 1-minute sharing on the reason of joining this programme in Cantonese
– A proposal for a 10-minute radio segment
Please select a topic for the radio segment with the theme about raising awareness of the public toward a local children issues
